CMIH has hit the ground running after receiving federal funding supported by and within HRSA MCHB’s Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network on Infant Mortality (IM CoIIN) initiative.
UNC CMIH provides high-quality and cutting-edge therapies to high-risk pregnant women and their babies. Our coordinators provide comprehensive care to women, infants and their families from diagnosis through decisions and delivery.
UNC CMIH received new funding to reduce infant mortality and improve birth outcomes, particularly for low-income women and women of color in some of the country’s most underserved communities.
CMIH has developed NEW 17P and Tobacco Cessation Patient & Provider Materials.
Spring was a very productive and busy time for the Center. We are pleased to share an update about our work, including a spotlight on two of the families that we have served.
